Hi, sorry I don't know polish, so I'll have to write this message in english I'm planning to drive my 1976 VW camper to Poland this summer to have it fixed up quite a bit (and also holiday), since I've heard restoration is much cheaper to do in Poland than in Norway, where one hour in a garage would cost about $100, and I would be crazy to pay that much...

Could anyone here recommend a garage for me, where they would be good at doing some restoration? It's some oil-leaks from the engine, some heat-pipes are missing and would need to be replaced, and some rust on chassis. Maybe a eberspächer. I would also consider repainting it, depends on price. I hope someone here could help! Thanks!

But..., what will you want to do with your car? And second question - where will you go to poland?

Hi , i think we can help You but first You have to tell us where you exactly going to . Give us some details about your trip.The second thing is time . You have to know that painting the car can even take 3-4 weeks.BTW , full respray would cost between 600-900(paint included) euros depends on the condition of the body. I try to contact vw beetle owners to get some more info. Anyway You should also ask at www.vwzone.pl. There are more owners of air cooled Vw's over there.
